  • I’ve been using the probiotic bowl cleaner. I’d like to see it packaged in a “container” (cardboard or metal) with a shaker top, so I can just shake it into the bowl. No spoon needed and easier to store.

  • Would love to see loofa sponges for bath and body instead of having to use a “plastic poof”. Bring back the coconut dish brush and wool dryer balls (although I use Alpaca dryer balls now that are local). Will definitely be trying the dishwasher detergent soon and the dish washing kit. I love the toothpaste and the laundry detergent and the toilet bowl cleaner!

  • I want to see the dishwasher detergent become more effective on grease/oily dishes. As it is I can’t use it in the dishwasher when there’s greasy dishes as it doesn’t completely remove it, and it spreads some of the grease to other dishes.

  • I would love it if you made different scents of the foaming hand soap. I stocked up on the lavender and Valentine’s day chocolate/vanilla scents, but more variety throughout the year would be nice (even if it’s only holiday/season specific, like peppermint for the winter, cinnamon for the fall, apple for the summer, floral for the spring).

  • I think you should establish yourself as a Canadian company with Canadian prices on your website. Other Canadian companies put Canadian prices on their websites even though the biggest amount of people buying are the US. It’s like you’re putting us on the back burner because we’re not as lucrative even though you are a Canadian company. I also don’t think you should be using Amazon at all. There’s nothing sustainable or anything about it. They misrepresent everything. They also are complicit in a genocide right now..

Please make a refill pack for your chewpaste. A small paper packet would work and the paper could be composted.
Please offer a hair conditioner that is not lavender scented as lavender scent can trigger migraine headaches.

I love me some etee! I have use a lot of your products by now, and love them all except one - your hand soap. I know that some people don't seem to have a problem with it, but I can never get it to mix well. I've shaken it, stirred it, mixed it with a hand mixer, etc, and it always ends up separating. I'd like to come back to it, but need it to be easier to mix up, so that is my suggestion. Otherwise, LOVE your plastic free products!!

As an Amazon alternative, it would be great if we could send gifts directly to the address of the giftee, instead of ordering it, having it come to our home and then be resent to the person the gift is for. Amazon does that, we can order and have the product sent to the address of the person the gift is intended for.

Other than the idea of membership 'free shipping', a product or products, I'd love would be grey hair care. Regular stuff doesn't work the way it used to and that purple stuff makes my hair look good but is flat out nasty stuff!

I would love to see a mouthwash in tablet form, especially a fluoride one. Something that you can drop into water to make a liquid wash. Maybe a formulation that is effervescent? Perhaps packaged in a double glass vessel where one of them stores the tabs and one acts as the mixing vessel/cup.

I’ve tried mouthwash tablets that are similar in use to the toothpaste ones and found them less than effective.

I have a septic system and I would love to find a gel-based dishwashing soap that I can purchase in a powder form and gel-up at home! Powder and tablets risk clogging up the septic.

Could supplying canada-wide refillery shops be on your radar for 2025, especially for remote locations (hi from the Yukon!)

What i would like most from you is to stop getting emails every day. It's ridiculous. I am DELIGHTED to hear that a body lotion is in the works. Ethique used to make a concentrated lotion- it involved mixing the concentrate with hot water. I loved it, but it appears they have discontinued the product. I've been looking for a new alternative.

Been following you on the interwebs/social media for a while, and just put in my first order with you. I can't recall if you're carrying any facial cleansers suitable for oily/combination skin (prone to blemishes+break-outs) with "mandelic acid" (naturally occuring in almonds, "lipophilic, oil-loving AHA") and "gluconolactone" (polyhydroxy acid or PHA). I currently use this product (https://www.neostrata.ca/products/mandelic-clarifying-cleanser) but HATE throwing out the spent plastic tubes. If I can find an alternative that minimizes breakouts on sensitive skin without the gross plastic packaging I would gladly make the switch.

I would like to see a toothpaste that contains hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride. I don't use fluoride as I have thyroid issues and fluoride is a known hormone disrupter. For more info on this, the biological dentist is a great source of information. Hydroxyapatite is often used in treating sensitivity as it helps to heal micro-fissures in the teeth.

I would love to use Amazon less, but by paying $139.00/yr for Prime Membership I get free shipping and Prime Video. So, work on shipping costs, or maybe something like a membership. Or subscriptions get reduced or free shipping. Good luck.

I really like not having lotion come out of a plastic container. But, the lotion bars are not acceptable to me. I have been using the Hand in Hand lotion in an aluminum bottle and I like using it. EXCEPT the lotion itself I do not like. I have been willing to compromise in order to avoid the plastic bottle. I am not a chemist, so I have no input on how to make it “better”. Maybe I just can’t have it all. But my dry skin sure loved Jergens lotion for Extra Dry Skin. For now though, the aluminum bottle is winning.
