We're BIG on keeping our chompers and the houses that they live in (ie. their gums) healthy, so having a plastic-free floss option was a no-brainer for us. Each spool contains 30 metres of our 100% pure mulberry silk, candelilla wax and natural peppermint oil floss. Mulberry silk, also known as Ahimsa Silk (or Peace Silk), is made from the cocoon of the mulberry silkworm. The harvesting process is cruelty free as the silkworm is able to turn into a moth and fly away before the cocoon is finally harvested!

Works well and unwinds easily!
I’ve been using this dental floss for over three years. It’s easy to get in between tight teeth. 8 have a glass vial and a stainless steel vial. I use the stainless one for travel.
I was out of the mulberry silk dental floss for a week or so and I missed it so much! The commercial plastic option can’t come close to comparing.

I was tired of buying dental floss that comes in a plastic container and then throwing that container away (or putting it in the recycling bin in hopes it would get recycled) once the floss was used up. I was thrilled when I saw that Etee offers a small, glass refillable jar in which you can put the floss refills. It's easy to use and the best part is there is no plastic involved in any part of the packaging, as well as no plastic or PFAs in the floss. My dental hygienist told me it's better to have a slightly 'rough' floss such as Etee's because it picks up more bacteria than a smooth Glide-type floss. I highly recommend this floss!
