I notice that orders shipped to BC go across to the US before re-crossing the border to BC. Is it possible to ship it directly across Canada? Maybe through Canada post?

Thank goodness you’re approaching this with a sense of humor. My daughter and I use Etee skincare exclusively. (We also get our organic & down linen products from Canada.) We stocked up in December. We’ll continue to push our representatives to stop this nonsense. Hope for the best, plan for the worst. And we vote, early & often, but not for people like That Guy. Keep making the good stuff. I’m a German, living in the US. What’s happening here in the US under the Trump administration right now is just madness. I am so sorry that your business is affected by this all. I would say, businesses like yours, that care about people and the planet, are now more important than ever! 💗 I feel like America is losing its soul, it’s values of generosity, diversity and freedom and it is just very sad to witness. There are still lots if Americans though who are trying to fight back and hold on to their morals, integrity and sustainable values. It makes me sad that such a large chunk of your business is in the US.
I would have hoped us Canadians supported you better.
Sadly, I live alone and I don’t have as much use for a bunch of the products that you sell so my buying habits are rather slow. That and I have to get rid of a bunch of the plastic I already have in my house before I start buying plastic free. Throwing it out is the same thing as using it and throwing it out for the environment so I might as well use it right.Anyway, I just want to say thank you for having a plastic free option for us and I am proud to have been with you for so long.

First we have a lunatic dictatorship – over 50% of us voted for Ms Harris but sigh…oh well. Keep doing what you are doing-don’t abandon us here in the US. Prices will go up, I understand. I will try to buy in quantity to lower my shipping costs to compensate for the higher product cost. There is nothing to be done except resist this madness in any way I can and try not to despair.

He can’t and doesn’t like to do the hard work especially when you (Canada and Mexico) stand up to him. Keep urging your leaders to call his bluff and stand up to him. Mainly I just came here to say that I’m so sorry for the position you’re being put in here. I am not sure if I will be able to continue purchasing if the prices go up 25% to cover the tariffs, but obviously you’re being left with no choice in the matter if this all goes through. I am not at all in a good place financially along with a vast majority of Americans right now, but I have been with you all the way back since those $1 reservations to reserve my spot in the plastic free club. I genuinely enjoy reading your emails (most other companies’ emails go straight in the trash bin) and I am so grateful for everything you are doing to try to make the world a better place. I am devastated that Americans were so easily tricked by lies and misinformation that they could have ever voted for the nightmare we are quickly sinking into. No matter what happens, I wish you success in your business and you will always have a supporter in me, whether I can purchase from you or not. And I promise that I will whenever I can.
